Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
To provide a high standard of customer service in the F&B operations to the patients visitors and staff.
- Assemble of meal trays for delivery to patients.
- Delivery of meals to the patients according to the established time schedule.
- Monitor food quality, report any issues or complaints to Maintenance-Patient Services Manager.
- Deliver a high level of customer service for the patients, visitors and staff at the Hospital to meet the Hospital SOPs
- Be familiar with the daily food menu in order to answer patients and attendants inquiries regarding food served
- Be the first point of contact for complaints, feedback and endeavor remedy to situations as soon as possible and inform the supervisor as soon as possible.
- Collect dirty crockery for washing.
- Operate dishwashing machine in accordance with established safe operating procedures. Stack and storage of items after washing
- Be able to work in the Kitchen on the line and in the ward serving patients.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness at assigned pantry and work area and coordinate with housekeeping staff for cleaning maintenance on regular basis.
- Responsible for washing and cleaning or crockery, cutlery and service equipment as required
- Assist with stocking and maintain all records as required by Hospital SOPs
- Ensure all supplies, equipment and work areas are in order to ensure the efficient service and meet Hospital standards and report any defects as soon as possible

Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma
- Food hygiene
- 2 years in 3 or 4 star or equivalent in hotels, cruise, hospitality or health care in a F&B role and 1 year in a hospital/healthcare setup
