Another international exchange program in the USA is the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2024. All young people worldwide between the ages of 18 and 26 are eligible for the Young Leaders Fellowship, a type of leadership opportunity. The curriculum focuses on the management and leadership abilities required to solve the issues of economic security, health, and education.
Participants in the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship will spend 10 days in New York, USA, in July 2024. The program lasts a full year. There is no need for the IELTS or TOEFL. What is the beginning of the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship Program?
1. Month Virtual Assessment: The program will begin with a thorough needs analysis and community mapping exercise. Young leaders will be given the resources and information they need to evaluate their community.
Young Leaders will visit the United States in person for ten days in July 2024. Participants will bring a community issue they want to address to the fellowship.
Virtual Project Execution: After returning from the United States, participants will put these concepts into practice and carry them out in their local communities.

Location of the Young Leaders Fellowship in the USA
From July 9 to July 18, 2024, New York, New York, and Burlington, Vermont, will serve as the locations for the Young Leaders Fellowship.
