Our team is always evolving and growing, with three locations across New Zealand. Our Auckland-based factory is looking for another person to join our Industrial Ceramics team in a learning job, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within our company.

In this role you would be responsible for duties such as:

  • Compacting ceramic powder via use of an Isostatic press
  • Sanding and measuring to shape and quality
  • Loading and unloading of furance, monitoring temperatures
  • Learning and using CNC machinery where required
  • QA inspection – Quality is key before our product walks out the door!

We are seeking an individual with the motivation to learn a new process and champion those steps. Someone who wishes to take on a role under a supportive team leader and learn the ropes.

  • You will enjoy working with your hands and being on your feet, this is not an office-bound, desk role
  • You are physically and safely able to lift up to 25Kg’s
  • Good communication skills and basic mathematic/writing skills
  • You may have a forklift license or be willing to get one with an F endorsement – For this reason a full-license is preferred
  • You may have had exposure in a similar role, factory-based, machinery-based. However, this is only advantageous, not a direct requirement
