Job Summary:
As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that contribute to the overall success of the company. You will work under the supervision of a team leader or supervisor and collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe completion of assigned tasks.

Job Duties & Responsibilities | General Labor – General Laborer |
Employees would be working outside in the elements. Job entails mowing, weedeating, bush trimming, hardscapes, mulching, etc. Hours are 8-5 or so. Monday through Friday typically. Weekends are rare and weather dependent. This job could be part-time or full-time. Could be seasonal or all year round. In the winter time we do firewood, construction, equipment maintenance, Christmas lights, and snow removal.
Requirements
High School or Equivalent preferred
English writing and speaking required
Self Motivation, Troubleshooting, Agile
Managerial Skills
Just the ability to learn is fine. Must take direction well. No prior skills required.

Responsibilities:
- General Construction Tasks:
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of structures, buildings, or other designated areas.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as required.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Material Handling and Organization:
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks or other transportation vehicles.
- Organize and maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring they are easily accessible and in good condition.
- Transport materials within the worksite using appropriate equipment or manual methods.
- Site Cleanup and Maintenance:
- Clean and prepare worksites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and obstacles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Equipment Operation:
- Safely operate machinery, such as forklifts, bobcats, or other construction equipment, after appropriate training and certification.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Immediately report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in general labor or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
